5-Year Warranty | Support Beyond Amazon's Return Window
If the troubleshooting steps below don't resolve your issue, contact our support team for personalized assistance or warranty replacement support.
Q1: My TAGRY earbuds or headphones won't turn on. What should I do?
If your product isn't powering on, follow these steps:
-
Charge the device first. Connect your headphones or earbuds charging case to a working USB power source using a compatible charging cable. Allow sufficient charging time before trying again.
-
Check the charging connection. Make sure the cable is securely inserted. Try another compatible USB cable or power adapter if the charging indicator doesn't respond.
-
For wireless earbuds: Place both earbuds correctly inside the charging case. Check that the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and making proper contact.
-
For over-ear headphones: Disconnect the charging cable, then press and hold the power button according to your model's user manual.
-
Check for charging indicators. If there is no LED response or the product still won't power on after charging, the battery or charging connection may need further attention.
Still not working? Contact TAGRY customer support. We'll help troubleshoot the issue and assist with warranty replacement if necessary.
Q2: Why is only one earbud working or connecting?
If your left or right earbud isn't producing sound or connecting properly:
-
Check both earbuds' battery levels. Place both earbuds inside the charging case and confirm that each earbud is charging.
-
Clean the charging contacts. Gently wipe the metal charging contacts on the earbuds and the charging pins inside the case using a dry, soft cotton swab. Remove any dirt or residue that could prevent charging.
-
Remove the previous Bluetooth connection. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, locate your TAGRY earbuds, and select "Forget This Device" or "Unpair."
-
Reconnect both earbuds. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid briefly, then take them out together and reconnect them to your phone.
-
Check the audio balance settings. Make sure your phone's left/right audio balance is centered. An incorrect balance setting can make one earbud appear silent.
-
Test with another device. Connect the earbuds to another compatible phone or tablet to determine whether the issue is related to your original device.
If one earbud still doesn't work, contact our support team for model-specific troubleshooting and replacement assistance.
Q3: My earbuds or charging case won't charge. How can I fix this?
Charging problems can sometimes be caused by dirty contacts, an improperly seated earbud, or a charging cable issue.
-
Inspect the charging contacts. Check the metal contact points on the earbuds and the charging pins inside the charging case for dust, earwax, moisture, or other residue.
-
Clean carefully. Use a dry cotton swab or soft cleaning brush to remove debris. If necessary, use a lightly dampened alcohol swab on the metal contacts, then allow everything to dry completely before charging.
-
Check earbud placement. Make sure both earbuds are seated correctly in the case and that their charging contacts align with the charging pins.
-
Inspect the charging pins. Make sure the pins inside the case are not obstructed or stuck.
-
Test another charging cable. Connect the case using another compatible USB cable and a reliable power source.
-
Allow additional charging time. If the battery has been fully depleted, leave the device connected to power for a while before checking the indicator again.
-
Check the display or indicator. For models with an LED battery display, confirm whether the charging status changes after reconnecting the cable.
Important: Always ensure the earbuds and charging case are completely dry before charging.
If the issue continues, contact TAGRY for further assistance.
Q4: Why won't my TAGRY earbuds or headphones connect to Bluetooth?
If your product isn't appearing in your device's Bluetooth list or keeps failing to connect:
-
Make sure the product has sufficient battery power. Low battery levels may interfere with normal operation.
-
Enable pairing mode. Follow the pairing instructions for your specific TAGRY model. Different models may enter pairing mode differently.
-
Turn Bluetooth off and back on. Open your phone, tablet, or computer's Bluetooth settings and restart Bluetooth.
-
Remove previous pairing records. If your TAGRY product appears in the Bluetooth device list, select "Forget This Device" or "Remove Device."
-
Check nearby devices. If the headphones were previously connected to another phone, tablet, or computer, temporarily turn off Bluetooth on that device to prevent automatic reconnection.
-
Reconnect your TAGRY product. Select the correct TAGRY model name from the available Bluetooth devices.
-
Restart your phone or computer. Sometimes restarting the source device can resolve temporary Bluetooth connection problems.
-
Try another compatible device. This helps identify whether the issue is related to the headphones or the original Bluetooth device.
If pairing still fails, contact TAGRY customer support with your product model and the type of device you're trying to connect.
Q5: Why do my earbuds keep disconnecting during use?
Bluetooth interruptions can be caused by wireless interference, distance, low battery, or device settings.
-
Keep your device nearby. For a more stable connection, keep your phone or other connected device within the Bluetooth operating range specified in your product manual.
-
Avoid physical obstructions. Walls, metal objects, and other barriers can weaken Bluetooth signals.
-
Reduce wireless interference. Move away from areas with numerous active Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi routers, or other wireless equipment.
-
Check the battery level. Charge your earbuds or headphones if the battery is running low.
-
Reconnect the device. Remove the existing Bluetooth pairing record and pair your TAGRY product again.
-
Check your device settings. Make sure your phone's operating system is updated and that Bluetooth-related power-saving settings are not interfering with the connection.
-
Test another device. If the disconnection occurs only with one phone or computer, the issue may be related to that device's Bluetooth settings.
If frequent disconnections continue under normal conditions, contact our support team for assistance.
Q6: Why is the sound too quiet, muffled, or coming from only one side?
If the audio sounds unusually quiet, unclear, or unbalanced:
-
Check the volume settings. Increase the volume on both your TAGRY product and the connected device, if your model supports separate volume adjustments.
-
Inspect the speaker openings. Earwax, dust, and debris can block the speaker mesh and reduce sound quality.
-
Clean the earbuds carefully. Use a dry, soft brush to gently remove buildup around the speaker openings. Avoid pushing debris into the mesh.
-
Choose the correct ear tip size. For in-ear earbuds with replaceable silicone tips, try the small, medium, or large ear tips. A proper seal can improve bass response, sound clarity, and comfort.
-
Check the audio balance. Make sure the left/right audio balance on your phone or computer is centered.
-
Review sound settings. Temporarily disable any custom equalizer or audio enhancement settings to see whether they affect the sound.
-
Try different audio content. Test another song, video, or application to rule out an issue with the original audio source.
-
Test another device. Connect your TAGRY product to another phone or computer to compare sound performance.
If the sound remains distorted, unbalanced, or unusually quiet, please contact our customer support team.
Q7: Why doesn't the battery last as long as expected?
Actual battery performance may vary depending on volume, connection conditions, product features, and usage patterns.
To help improve battery performance:
-
Fully charge your product before first use. Make sure the earbuds, charging case, or headphones have sufficient battery power before extended use.
-
Use a moderate listening volume. Higher volume levels generally consume more power.
-
Check optional features. On models equipped with Active Noise Cancellation or other power-consuming features, battery life may vary depending on which features are enabled.
-
Keep the charging contacts clean. For true wireless earbuds, dirty contacts can prevent the earbuds from charging fully inside the case.
-
Store earbuds in the charging case. When not in use, place the earbuds correctly inside their charging case and make sure they are charging as expected.
-
Avoid extreme temperatures. Very hot or cold conditions can temporarily affect battery performance.
-
Check for unexpected Bluetooth connections. If earbuds remain connected to your phone while inside the case, inspect their charging contacts and placement.
-
Compare actual usage. Battery life estimates are typically measured under specific test conditions, so real-world results may differ.
If your battery drains unusually quickly or your product stops holding a charge, contact TAGRY customer support.
Q8: Why can't other people hear me clearly during calls?
If your voice sounds quiet, muffled, or unclear during phone calls:
-
Check microphone access. Make sure the calling application has permission to use the microphone.
-
Confirm the correct audio device is selected. On your phone or computer, verify that your TAGRY earbuds or headphones are selected as the microphone input.
-
Inspect the microphone openings. Dust, moisture, or debris may interfere with voice pickup. Gently clean the openings using a dry, soft brush.
-
Check your surroundings. Strong wind, heavy traffic, or very loud environments can affect microphone performance.
-
Reconnect Bluetooth. Disconnect and reconnect your TAGRY product to refresh the audio connection.
-
Try another calling application. Test a regular phone call and another compatible voice application to see whether the issue occurs in both.
-
Test another device. This can help determine whether the issue is related to the headphones or the original phone or computer.
If the microphone continues to perform abnormally, contact our support team for further assistance.
Q9: My earbuds feel uncomfortable or keep falling out. What should I do?
A comfortable, secure fit is important for both listening quality and everyday use.
-
Try different ear tip sizes. For TAGRY in-ear models with interchangeable silicone ear tips, check the accessory box for the available sizes. The pre-installed medium tips may not fit everyone.
-
Check the seal. The ear tips should fit securely without creating excessive pressure. A poor seal may reduce bass response or allow the earbuds to slip out.
-
Adjust the insertion angle. Gently rotate the earbuds until they sit naturally and securely in your ears.
-
For sports earhook models: Adjust the flexible earhooks so they rest comfortably around your ears without excessive pressure.
-
For open-ear models: Position the earhooks according to the product manual. These models are designed differently from sealed in-ear earbuds.
-
Keep the earbuds clean and dry. Sweat or moisture can affect how securely earbuds stay in place.
-
Avoid forcing the fit. If you experience discomfort, remove the earbuds and try a different fit or ear tip size.
If you still have difficulty finding a comfortable fit, please contact our support team.
Q10: My TAGRY headphones' Active Noise Cancellation isn't working as expected. What should I check?
This question applies only to TAGRY models equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).
-
Confirm your model supports ANC. Not all TAGRY earbuds and headphones include active noise cancellation.
-
Check whether ANC is enabled. Use the ANC button or control method described in your model's user manual.
-
Verify the operating mode. Some models offer different listening modes, such as ANC, Transparency, and Normal. Make sure the intended mode is selected.
-
Adjust the fit. For over-ear headphones, position the earcups so they cover your ears properly and form a comfortable seal.
-
Test with consistent background noise. ANC is generally more effective at reducing steady low-frequency sounds, such as air-conditioning or engine noise, than sudden voices or sharp sounds.
-
Check the battery level. Make sure the headphones have enough power to operate normally.
-
Follow model-specific wired-mode instructions. ANC availability and controls may differ when using an AUX cable, depending on the model.
If ANC does not activate or there is no noticeable difference between modes under suitable conditions, please contact TAGRY customer support.
